Membership cards are available as a phone wallet card (.pkpass), an image for printing or as a plastic card service.
Phone wallet cards are enabled from the Membership Cards page.
Once enabled cards are sent by email when a member joins or renews and can
be downloaded by members from their Your Membership page or by administrators
from a member's profile page.
Cards can also be attached to group emails using the
[attach_phone_wallet_card] placeholder.
For multi-member memberships, such as a family, lead members will be sent
and can download cards for themselves and all linked members.
Cards are distributed as .pkpass files, compatible with Apple and Google phone wallets. Opening the card file or downloading on a phone will add to the wallet.
Phone wallet cards will show:
The default card shows member number, expiry date and membership category fields but these can be changed using the field dropdowns. Note that field values and labels may be shortened for display on the card.
membermojo QR codes are unique to each member and can be scanned to record attendance or show member details (see QR code scanning). Fixed value QR codes are the same for all members. For example, to show a club website QR code select Fixed value for all members then enter the website address into QR code fixed value.
To change the background click the coloured square to pick a colour or enter the RGB hex value.
When your changes are complete click Save to update the card preview at the bottom of page. Click Download Card or Send Card in Email to retrieve the matching .pkpass file for your phone's wallet.
Cards are automatically removed from Apple wallets after the member's expiry date but will need manual deletion from Google wallets.

A Membership Card shortcut is also added to the member menu (top right) to view their card full screen - suitable for display on a mobile phone.
Cards are made available as an image and optional A4 PDF file. If the PDF file is printed without scaling the card image will be the same size as a credit card - 86mm x 54mm. The position of the card on the A4 sheet can be adjusted from the settings page.

As an additional service plastic membership cards can be printed and delivered directly to members or to a central address.
Cards are custom designed for your organisation, double sided and bio-degradable. Cards are printed using the details in your database (including photos) and delivered by ClubCards121.
