Microsoft 365 Quarantine

The Microsoft 365 email service provides normal per-user spam folders plus a quarantine area that can only be viewed by Microsoft 365 administrators.

If email has not arrived it may have been quarantined and need releasing by a Microsoft 365 administrator:

  1. Sign in and view the quarantine page - https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine.
  2. Select all membermojo.co.uk emails and click Release email. Note that emails may take several minutes to arrive in quarantine.
  3. In the right hand panel tick Submit the message to Microsoft to improve detection and Allow emails with similar attributes.
  4. Click Send at the bottom of page to release the email back to the inbox.

To temporarily prevent emails from being quarantined:

  1. View the submissions page - https://security.microsoft.com/reportsubmission.
  2. Select the URLs tab then Submit to Microsoft for analysis.
  3. Enter 'membermojo.co.uk' as the URL.
  4. Select Should not have been blocked, Allow this URL and a duration up to 30 days.
  5. Click Submit at the bottom of page.
