Photography, Video Recording and Live Streaming

Scottish Petanque Association events may be photographed, video‑recorded and/or live‑streamed for the purposes of documenting the competition, supporting training and development, and promoting the sport.

The organisers process these images under the lawful basis of legitimate interest, as recording and sharing competition activity is considered a normal and expected part of sporting events.

Where possible, we will accommodate any participant who prefers not to be included in images. If you have concerns or wish to opt out, please speak to the organisers before the event so that reasonable steps can be taken.
