We are delighted to take part in the summer VAT discount scheme. Businesses such as ours will pay VAT at 5% rather than 20% for the summer period for some of our services. Generally, this translates to a 12.5% discount which we've passed on to the customer on our individual ticket prices.
As well as a discounting tickets for one-off visits, we have wrapped the discount into a fabulous UNLIMITED ENTRY Summer Club membership that includes both Children's Farm and Big Play Barn.
The cost of a child's membership is equivalent to a child entering approximately twice at the discounted rate. That's £33 for a summer of fun. For an adult, it's £27. The adult is un-named, so you only need to add the number of adults who will be attending with the children; for example if you wish to send the children with nan and grandad or even a childminder, they can be "the adults".
The card is valid for use from June 25th 2026 (when the VAT reduction kicks in) and it ends on the 1st September 2026. It can be used to visit the play barn, the farm or for both!
Children will receive a photo card by email which can be shown on your phone. If your membership is for 2 children please provide a headshot of them together, not two photos.
The card must be shown on entry and the children must match the photos on the card, so please use a recent, clear, photo. Not one from the archive.
Are you already a "Little Friends" or "Barn Buddies" member? As those cards aren't valid in the summer holidays you may want to sign up for this membership. As this is separate membership portal for just the Summer Scheme, you should be able to create a new account using the same email address. Any problems, please contact us and we will set your membership up manually.
