Welcome to Woking Town FC.
Thank you for your interest in joining or renewing your membership for the 2026/27 season.

• New and returning players must complete registration via this system
• For renewals, please ensure all contact and medical details are up to date
• A new player photo is required each season

Registration Requirements

Player Photo (U7–U18)

• A clear, passport-style headshot (no hats or sunglasses) is required for all players each season

Proof of Date of Birth (New Players U5–U18 only)

• Birth certificate or passport (photo or scan)

Membership Fees & Payments

• Payment is made via debit/credit card
• Full payment prices displayed include an approximate 5% discount compared to instalment pricing

Instalment Option

(Available for members joining by 30 September)

Membership fees can be spread across three instalments:

1. On joining
2. 1 November
3. 1 February

This phased structure reflects the club’s upfront seasonal costs.  A breakdown of the instalments is shown on the file below.

Sibling Discount

• 20% discount applies to additional siblings (after the first full-paying member - included in displayed pricing)
• Available for members joining by 31 October

Gift Aid – Please Select ‘YES’ if Eligible

HM Revenue and Customs allows charities to reclaim 25p for every £1 of eligible membership fees and donations.

• Woking Town FC is a registered charity (No. 292342)
• Gift Aid does not cost you anything
• By selecting ‘YES’, you are providing vital additional funding to support the club

Selecting ‘YES’ makes a significant difference to the club at no extra cost to you.

Am I eligible?

You can select ‘YES’ if:

• You are a UK taxpayer, and
• You pay enough UK Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax to cover the amount claimed

If you pay less tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on your donations in a tax year, it is your responsibility to pay any difference to HMRC.

What’s Included (U7+ Membership)

Membership fees include:

• Weekly training sessions
• FA-qualified professional coaches
• Match fees and league registration
• Insurance
• Training kit and personalised training top (for members joining before 31 December)
• Match shirt (if selected for a team)
• Club kit is typically replaced on a 2-year cycle
• Qualified referees
• All training provided on 3G pitches where possible, and access to high-quality match facilities
• Use of club equipment
• Annual club presentation day

There are no additional mandatory costs, except optional kit purchases and tournament entry fees.

Younger Age Groups

Under 5 (U5)

• £5 weekly “pay and play” fee
• Registration is still required

Under 6 (U6)

• Includes a club training t-shirt (if joining before 1 January)

Free Trial for New Players

All new players are offered a 3-week, no-obligation free trial.

Financial Support

The club operates a Benevolent Fund to support families experiencing financial hardship.
Applications are handled confidentially via the Membership Secretary at membership@wokingtownfc.org
