We will start the next course on Monday 7th October 2024 at 6.30pm at Kirkham & Wesham Cricket Club.
This is a 10 week course for those who wish to join a running club, but lack a bit of confidence or can't yet run 5k.
We will celebrate everyones achievements at the end of the 10 week course by taking part in the Lytham Hall Parkrun as part of your graduation. Details of how to sign up to parkrun will be given nearer the time.
The group is aimed at anyone with a basic level of fitness aged 18 or over.
Please come along to say hello, meet the club Cooveraches and also get to know some of the people who, like yourself, will be nervous about taking that first step towards conquering their first 5k.
We understand it can be daunting, especially during the first few weeks, but everyone is in the same situation and no one will be made to feel uncomfortable.
The program is designed to help you achieve 5k and meet new friends with a similar interest - running !
Our Coaches are UKA licenced and will be with you throughout the course.
