Founded in 1962; the Women's Motor Racing Associates Club is a Women Only Members Club that promotes Friendship, Support and Fundraising in Motorsport.
Affectionately known as The Doghouse Owners' Club, our club was the brainchild of wives of British Grand Prix drivers of the 50s and 60s, bearing the names of Hill, Chapman, van-Damm, Grant, Webb & Cooper. These formidable women decided to group around what was primarily a Charitable cause; taking care of those families in the racing community stricken by accident, misfortune and grief.
Now in our 62nd year; our Club continues to raise money for charity and provides a social network and host a series of events, for members and friends, during the motor racing season. We also remain socially connected through our online community and social media channels.
As an International Club we welcome Women from all sectors of the motorsport community.
