Founded in 1962; the Women's Motor Racing Associates Club (WMRAC) is a Women Only Members Club that provides friendship and a unique network of support for women in the Motorsport Community.
Affectionately known as the Doghouse Owners' Club, our club was established by the wives of Grand Prix legends from 50s and 60s, bearing the names of Hill, Chapman, van-Damm, Grant, Webb & Cooper to provide support to the wives, girlfriends and families of drivers, particularly in the event of tragedy.
We continue today to provide a social network and host a series of events, for members and friends, during the motor racing season. Whilst these events are currently on hold due to COVID restrictions, we remain socially connected through our online community and social media channels.
As an International Club we welcome Women from all sectors of the motorsport industry. Our Members are connected with motorsport through family, volunteering, media and events or as team members of Racing Clubs and Teams from the grass roots of motorsport up to the heady heights of Formula One.
