New Members

If you are joining us for the first time, please click the 'Join Us / Renew' button to complete your application. Payment can be made online and once your application is complete you will receive a confirmation email including a PDF membership card.  

If you have already attended the 'Introduction to Fly Fishing' course with Andy Hathaway this year, you are entitled to Membership for the rest of the year with no extra charge. Please select the 'Introduction to Fly Fishing' Membership' and once we have confirmed your attendance your application will be completed and you will receive your electronic PDF membership card. If you are interested in attending this course, but have not yet done so, please see details here - Introduction to Fly Fishing. Please only apply for this type of Membership if you have already attended the Course.

Existing Members - SIGN IN

Members can login using the email address we have registered for you. You do not need a password to login, simply click 'Sign In', enter your email address and then follow the link that will be emailed to you. Once logged in you'll be able to manage your details, view your Membership and renew when required.

We are now able to take Membership payments online. Anyone not wishing to pay online will still have the option to pay at the AGM. 

Membership costs

Annual Membership is a modest £15.00 for a standard subscription or £5 with concessions (Disabled and Pensioners) and Juniors (under 16s). Subscriptions run from January to December.

Junior memberships can be added to the account of a Standard or Concession account.

Your data and GDPR

As a club, WFFC collect personal data from you for only three reasons.

1. To ensure your membership is up-to-date
2. To provide you with information about club news and events
3. To confirm your Membership status with Thames Water if asked to do so in relation to an East Warwick season ticket.

The data we collect on this site is hosted by membermojo.co.uk and is used purely for the reasons highlighted above. Your personal data will not be passed on to any third parties.

If you decide not to renew your membership in the future, all of your personal data is automatically deleted 12 months after your membership expiration date. At that point you are ‘forgotten’ by our system and any future memberships will be as if you are a new member.
