Notes on Membership Categories 

• Junior – up to age 21 - Under 16's must be supervised by a parent who is a member or a nominated responsible adult member.
  If no adult member is available to fulfil this role, then Junior Pathway membership (see below) is recommended.

• Young Person - age 21 to 25
• Junior Pathway - A taster membership - available for first 2 years of membership only, for one Adult and one Junior. The fee shown is 'per year'. This membership can only be renewed for a second year by contacting the Membership Secretary directly.

Children at Waldringfield SC

Parents and guardians are advised that the Club cannot be held responsible for the conduct or safety of Junior members, at any time. The club provides safety boat support only for racing and other programmed events.

Nevertheless, we are very proud of the level of junior membership at Waldringfield and welcome applications from all children who wish to join in with our sailing activities. Normally we expect a parent to join as well, and be present to provide supervision and support, but if you know an existing club member who would be willing to act “in loco parentis” then that would be equally acceptable.
