For siblings you will need to complete the form once for each of them, do ask if you have any trouble with this.

For signing up the same person for more than one group (e.g John Smith), please complete your second sign-up as John Smith2 to prevent the system incorrectly stopping you.

Confirmation and Cancellation Fees

We require a completed booking form and payment to confirm your child’s place; we will be in touch after the deadline to confirm their place.

- Once your place has been confirmed but before the term begins if you cancel we will refund the fee minus a £10 admin charge.

- After their first session, up to the mid point of the term, if you cancel we can refund 50% of the total fee.

- After the mid point of the term we will not offer any refunds.
