Family Membership

Please enter the details of one parent or carer on the first page.

On the second page, you can add:

• Other adults in your household.
• Your children, including siblings.

You don't need to provide contact details for your children, but their dates of birth help us plan age-appropriate activities and events.

Please remember to complete the JIA information for the child or young person who has been diagnosed.

Membership Information

Membership of SNAC is free.

Family Membership is open to families in Scotland affected by Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) and related inflammatory conditions. Supporter Membership is open to individuals and organisations who wish to support the charity and its aims.

As a member you can:

• Attend SNAC's Annual General Meeting (AGM).
• Vote on matters requiring member approval, including trustee appointments and changes to the constitution.
• Stand for election as a trustee (subject to eligibility).
• Attend eligible SNAC events and activities.
• Help shape the future of the charity through your feedback and involvement.

Your personal information is stored securely in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Our membership database is securely hosted by MemberMojo.

SNAC takes your privacy seriously. We only collect the information we need to support our members, communicate with you and organise events and activities.
