New members
- Click the Join Us / Renew button (bottom-right).
- Fill in the first page, selecting the appropriate membership type, then click 'next'
- Review your details, then click the 'select payment' button
- On the next page choose a payment type
If paying by BACS, cash or cheque you will be sent an acknowledgment email containing the payment details. You will receive a further acknowledgement email when your payment has been processed.

Renewals
- First Log in (See instructions below) and selct the Home Page
- Click the Join Us / Renew button (bottom-right).
- Check details are correct, confirming the appropriate membership type, then click 'next'
- Review your details, then click the 'select payment' button
- On the next page choose a payment type
If paying by BACS, cash or cheque you will be sent an acknowledgment email containing the payment details. You will receive a further acknowledgement email when your payment has been processed.
Membership is from 1st March to 28/29 February although you can renew any time after the 1st of January. The renewal payment must be received by the end of March or your membership will lapse.
Renewing multiple members associated with one email address
This is the same as renewing a single member except that when you sign in with the email address you should see a pull down list of all of your names on the top line to the left of the 'sign out' above the MemberMojo logo
Adding multiple members associated with one email address
Membermojo's accounts use your email address as your account ID. If you have already used your email address for another user - probably because your son or daughter is a young athlete in the club choose one of these options:
- use a different email address!
- log into membermojo and create a new membership account that shares your email.
How to log in
Without a Password
- Click the Sign In button at the top right hand corner.
- Enter your email address in the Email box.
- Click the Log in via email button.
- You will be sent an email with a link in, click on the link (or copy and paste the URL into your browser's address bar).
With a Password (After you have created your membership record it is recommended that you set a secure password on your account)
- Click the Sign In button at the top right hand corner.
- Enter your email address in the Email box.
- Enter your password in the Password Box.
- Click the Join Us / Renew button (bottom-right).
- From this screen you can either:
- create a new membership that shares your email - follow the link - and then follow the 'New members and renewals' instructions from step 2
- renew / update your membership - follow the 'New members and renewals' instructions from step 2.
