Nick and Rachel Walker gave the Clyde Puffer known as ‘VIC 32’ to the Puffer Preservation Trust in 2002. If you wish to help us preserve the vessel for future generations to enjoy then please consider joining our 'Friends of VIC 32' to support the charity.
By becoming a member of 'The Friends of VIC 32' you are helping us to keep 'VIC 32' steaming for as long as possible through West Coast landscapes for future generations to witness and enjoy a living, breathing, fiery Puffer in a landscape which once hosted hundreds of these wee boats. We also aim to educate the public about the history of the Puffer Trade that served the West Coast, as well as VIC 32’s own unique history.
In exchange for your membership you will receive -
(If you add an additional donation of £500 or more, you may choose to have your name(s) engraved on a brass plaque – or you can choose to name a friend or relation to remember them by. You may also remain anonymous.)
If you are in Scotland this summer please do come find VIC 32, we would be delighted to see you!
