Membership runs from 1st January to 31st December each year. If you join the club after 1st September, you also get membership for the whole of the following year.

When you join up, you need to pay the membership fee of £45.

There is also a £5 joining fee. If you are an existing member and renew before midnight on the 31st January, then you don't pay the £5 joining fee. After that date, your membership will expire and you will need to join and pay the £5 fee again.

Associate membership is only available for those living outside the M25 who wish to join club trips but will not generally attend Thames Paddles.

New members

1. You will need to attend two or more pool sessions as a guest paddler to gain the confidence and skills required to join us on the Thames. There is no need to join the club before this.
2. When you have been accepted to paddle with us on the Thames, please join the club before coming out on the water using the "Join Us" button. You will then receive weekly emails informing you how to join the paddle trips each Thursday and Saturday.
3. If you enjoy paddling with us then please the pay your annual subscription fee within one month of joining, or your membership will lapse. The Members subscription fee covers as many sessions on the Thames as you like.
