Please use this form to become a member of Portishead Players.

Before selecting your membership category, please understand that the cost of adult tickets for the four productions for this year will total £51.

The types of membership are:

1. Patron membership (£50 plus optional donation) allows you to request a specific seat at one performance for each production.  Your ticket will be emailed to you so there is no need to collect it. If you cannot attend on the night/afternoon of your reserved seat we shall, subject to prior and sufficient notice, attempt to reserve a seat for another performance.
2. Ordinary membership (£40) allows you to attend one performance of each production free of charge. For all shows you will have a priority booking period. Your seat will be allocated when you collect your ticket.
3. Family membership (£110) covers the ordinary membership of two adults and two children. The children may be members of PYP or MiniPYPs in which case please complete this application and contact the Membership Secretary and the Leadership of PYP or MiniPYP so we may liaise about the membership (PYP and MiniPYPs have limited membership lists). The age restriction for Junior membership (see below) apply to Family Junior members.
4. Junior membership (£30) is for members under 18 years old or those in full-time education. DO NOT USE for Portishead Young Players or for MiniPYPs members - separate arrangements apply through PYP and MiniPYPs. Age restrictions apply to activities for example for acting at least 10 years old and other duties 16 years.
5. Single Show membership (£20 for adults, £10 for juniors) is available for those wishing to take part in a single production either on stage, backstage or front of house. As with Junior membership age restrictions apply for Single Show Juniors.

Please Note. Everyone involved in a production, either on stage, backstage or front of house, must be a member of Portishead Players for insurance purposes. All members under the age of 80 will be covered by our insurance. If you will be 80 or over during the next year, please add your date of birth in the membership form. If you help us in any of these activities, you do so at your own risk.
