North East Hampshire Youth League Season 2026/27

This online system is for Club Committee members, Team Managers, Team Administrators and Referees to register relevant information.

Some of the information required is listed below so please ensure you have this to hand to complete the form:

• FAN Number (mandatory for all).
• Referee Registration Details (mandatory for referees). For Season 2026/27 you must upload proof that you have registered/renewed on the FA system. You can do this either by uploading the FA invoice receipt you received when you registered for this season or by taking a screenshot/photo of your referee dashboard found here. The screenshot must include the heading showing you are registered and your name and FAN - as per the example shown here. 

Note: if you have a team role - we will check if you have a record on The FA's Club Portal for the role being applied for and your qualifications should be up to date. If not found, your Club Secretary will need to confirm your role within the club and/or have uploaded a pre-approved team list (the latter is preferable to speed up the process). Once we have confirmed your role, we will then approve you. Until then, you will be unable to view opposition contacts.

This data will be used to share contact information with the league and other clubs.

Your information will be stored securely and your contact details (name, team, email and phone number) shared with other clubs (depending on your role) using a dashboard on this system that is only accessible after logging in. More information on consenting to the sharing of your data is provided at the end of the registration form.

Viewing Contacts

Once you have registered and been approved, please read your confirmation email which gives you instructions on how to view member club contacts:

1. Log in using the URL provided in the email.
2. Ensure you have the Directory Consent ticked on your record here. If not, edit your record, tick and save.
3. Click 'Member Directory' on your dashboard which provides you with a list of names in member club's teams within the age group you specified upon registration.
4. Click the 'View as table' link on the top right to view their contact details.
5. You can use the search bar to specify a club and team name and sort rows by clicking on a column heading.

Editing Your Data

Once you have registered please keep your data up to date throughout the season by clicking the 'View or Edit' button on your dashboard or click this link.

Committee members are set to not expire so it is essential that you maintain your data as you won't be renewing it annually.
