Milford Pumas Youth FC Registrations 2026/27

FEES FOR SEASON 2026/27 REFLECT THE EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT UNTIL 14TH JUNE 2026. SEE BELOW FOR FULL DETAILS OF FEES.

All parents/guardians are required to complete the online MPYFC registration (click the button 'Join Now/Renew' on the right).

IF YOU ARE RENEWING, PLEASE SIGN IN FIRST TO RETRIEVE YOUR PREVIOUS MEMBERSHIP. 

Once your registration is completed your age group/team manager will contact you with further details.

PHOTOS: ALL PLAYERS (NEW AND RENEWALS) REQUIRE A RECENT (TAKEN IN THE LAST MONTH), CLEAR, HEAD & SHOULDERS ONLY PASSPORT STYLE COLOUR PHOTO (EXAMPLE BELOW) TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION. LEAGUES DON'T ACCEPT LAST YEARS PHOTOS. 

PROOF OF DOB: NEW PLAYERS ONLY - WILL NEED TO ATTACH A COPY (SCANNED / PHOTO) OF THE PLAYERS BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR PASSPORT WHEN THEY COMPLETE THE APPLICATION. LEAGUES DON'T ACCEPT REGISTRATIONS WITHOUT PROOF OF DOB. THIS ONLY NEEDS TO BE DONE ONCE UPON INITIAL REGISTRATION.

KIT & WATER BOTTLES: We are very keen to reduce our waste at Milford Pumas and would encourage everyone to use refillable water bottles at matches. Also, please return kit when it no longer fits or you leave the club so that we can pass it on to other players or send it to a charity we support in Africa. Kit can be given back to your manager or given to the chairman (with a note with your players name, age group and team).

RESPECT PITCHES: We use local facilities to play our matches so please ensure you help gather balls / equipment and clear any rubbish before you leave.

PAYMENT

Payment is taken via debit/credit card upon completion of your registration.

Instalment options also available. The second instalment (50%) will be due by the end of October.

Membership fees for Season 2026/27 will be increased to cover rising costs. Ad hoc cases for hardship or otherwise will be considered and accommodated as they arise.

The new structure will be:

Up to and including 14th June 2026 - Early Bird Discount
•    1 player = £155
•    2 player = £310 less £20 sibling discount = £290
•    3 player = £465 less £40 sibling discount = £425
•    4 player = £620 less £60 sibling discount = £560

After 14th June 2026 - Standard Fee
•    1 player = £170
•    2 player = £340 less £20 sibling discount = £320
•    3 player = £510 less £40 sibling discount = £470
•    4 player = £680 less £60 sibling discount = £620

RENEWALS

For renewals - as we have your details saved from last year it should be simply a few clicks away to rejoin but please check all players details to ensure nothing has changed (especially contact and medical details). You will also need a new recent photo (a clear, colour head and shoulders shot).

PLEASE NOTE WE NEED TO GET ALL REGISTRATIONS IN TO DETERMINE TEAMS & PITCHES AND COMPLETE LEAGUE REGISTRATIONS FOR NEXT SEASON SO PLEASE RENEW ASAP. WE ALSO OBTAIN PITCH DISCOUNTS IF WE PAY IN ADVANCE FOR NEXT SEASON AND WE CAN'T DO THIS IF WE DON'T HAVE FINAL NUMBERS.

Here are some key points about the membership system for renewals:

• The membership type needs to be reselected to ensure the system calculates the correct fee.
• You will need to add a new recent photo (clear, colour and head and shoulders only) as the league doesn't accept last years image.
• We have changed the age & year group for you but please check this is correct.
• If you have a new sibling registering next season, please ensure you select the correct membership type so that the correct number of records can be linked to your account.
• If you have a sibling leaving us next season, please ensure you select the correct membership type so that the correct number of records can be linked to your account. Note only information on the main/first record will be retained, so if the one leaving is the first record you may have to retype the details of the sibling staying or email us at members@milfordpumasyfc.com to unlink them.
• Your current manager will inform you of any changes to teams/managers for next season by the end of August.
• If you have any questions regarding next seasons teams please contact your manager from last season who should be able to help you.
