Welcome to Manchester and East Midlands Rail Action Partnership

MEMRAP is the community based campaigner supporting Peaks and Dales Line Ltd (Project Developer) in the Peaks and Dales Line Study.

The study was undertaken to find long term, step change solutions to the unsustainable traffic problems in and around the Peaks and Dales Railway Line corridor.  This corridor connects the North West of England to the East Midlands and areas of South Yorkshire.
