Welcome to our membership portal! We are the London section of the National Clarion Cycling Club — one of the capital's oldest cycling communities, rolling since 1895. Whether you're a seasoned club rider, a commuter looking to explore the lanes, or someone who just enjoys a steady pedal to a good pub, you are welcome here.
With 180+ members of all ages and abilities, we pride ourselves on being inclusive, friendly, and rooted in our proud socialist traditions. We ride for pleasure, community, and the simple joy of cycling — and you'll always find someone who rides like you, and someone who inspires you to go a little further.
Why Join London Clarion?
When you join the London Clarion, you also become a member of the National Clarion Cycling Club. Your membership includes:
- Access to All Club Rides: Regular Saturday or Sunday club runs, social rides, relaxed weekend spins, long-distance challenges, and occasional touring trips. We operate a strict no-drop policy — we ride together and look after each other.
- Ride with GPS Club Access: Exclusive access to our club account means free turn-by-turn voice navigation, offline maps, a curated London route library, and easy export to Garmin, Wahoo, and other GPS computers — no expensive personal subscription needed.
- The Club WhatsApp Group: The heart of our daily community for ride planning, route sharing, and general chatter.
- National Clarion Benefits: Third Party Liability Insurance and access to National Clarion events including Time Trial Championships across the UK.

- Adult — Full (£20/yr): For waged adults. Includes £5m third-party liability insurance and National Clarion membership.
- Family — Full (£39/yr): Covers up to two adults and all children under 18 at the same address. Includes insurance and National Clarion membership.
- Adult — Basic (£10/yr): Core club membership without insurance or National Clarion affiliation.
- Family — Basic (£19/yr): Family membership without insurance or National Clarion affiliation.
- Unwaged / Low Income / Student: Reduced rates available — no questions asked. Please get in touch.
- Clarion Fellowship (£10/yr): For non-cycling supporters who want to enjoy the social side and support the club.
- Second Claim: For riders who are already first-claim members of another cycling club but want to ride with and support the Clarion.
How to Join or Renew
- New Members: Click the Join Us / Register button below, fill in your details, and select your membership tier.
- Existing Members: Click Sign In at the top right — no password needed; Membermojo will email you a secure login link. Once logged in, click Renew.
We accept PayPal, card, bank transfer, cheque, or cash.
