Thinking of joining the sports club?
Linlithgow Sports Club offers a comprehensive range of memberships covering squash, tennis and bowls. Memberships are keenly priced and "all sports" memberships are available for those all-rounders interested in playing more than one sport.
The club offers a range of discounted memberships: mini for age under 11, junior for ages 11 to 17, young adult for ages 18 to 25, student for those in full-time education, joint for two adults, and family for two adults plus two or more children. Note that "all sports" memberships allow participation in all three sports and our members are encouraged to give them all a go!
For all memberships the age considered is the age at joining, or subsequently renewal due date. Students must be registered full-time at an appropriate university/college at joining, or subsequently renewal due date. Group memberships (joint, family, tennis family) are for members living at the same address.
There is a special parent membership designed to encourage the parents/guardians of younger members, age 13 and under, to get on court with them to give them extra encouragement and confidence outside of coaching.
We also have a trial membership, which covers all three sports for a single month, so you can try the club out prior to committing to a full annual membership.
Don't want to play sports but still want to enjoy the facilities socially? Not a problem, our associate membership is for you.
All memberships run for 12 months from date of joining/renewal, with the exception of the trial membership runs for one month. Membership fees are taken in a single annual payment online, but if this would be difficult for you to manage please get in touch.
Parent memberships
Parent members can play any of the three sports, but can only play with their associated younger members, aged 13 and under. They cannot play with any other members. For tennis there are additional booking constraints whereby parent members can only play before 1830 each day, and cannot play on Saturdays prior to 1300. Parent members cannot participate in club competitions, teams or other group activities.
Note that two parents/guardians can be listed on a single parent membership, but only one can play on court at any given time. If both will be on court at the same time, two individual parent memberships will be required.
Also note that all adult members of the club are entitled to take their associated younger members, aged 13 and under, to play any of the three sports, regardless of the adult's specific membership type. For example, a squash adult member may take their associated 12 year old member on to the tennis courts for additional practice. The same booking constraints apply as above.
