Kent Surf School Club regularly meet through a closed social network on Facebook - and through mojo mail

We have a closed facebook page for the club only this will let you know of all the activities we will be doing. You need to join saying your club number this is where you will find all the goings on weekly.

The best part of what our club, is we have fun! We socialise each week through the year at the club house on Viking Bay.
In the winter we have a real coffee machine and open up through our instagram Page especially when there is surf. 

You will find the training / workshops nights very enjoyable. Most of the members at KSCC have been SURFING or STAND UP PADDLE BOARDING for many years and members will happily share training techniques, hints, stories and ideas.
 
 KSSC will hold a ‘Family Days’ with the hope all can attend and join in whatever activity we have planned. These are designed for all members, to meet and socialise outside of surfing and supping feel free to bring new members along. Dates are put up on Facebook and whatsapp 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

• This club is a club for people who already have a passion for surfing and stand up paddleboarding
• No Kooks allowed people that just want to join that have never done surfing or supping - this is not a club for you 
• You will be vetted before you join and be asked a few questions. 
• We ask all the members who join that they must be confident swimmers at least 50 metres competency as we are not a swimming club teaching people to swim. 
• Do your best to get involved with events 

As a sporting club, we also run fund raising activities such as BBQ’s, Charity events , Trivia Nights , Socials , Film nights and our own club competitions that we expect our members to attend and help out with. These are also great fun and a great opportunity to get to know other members.

What your social membership includes 

• Club nights from (May onwards (exact start date to be announced) No need to book in just turn up !
• The surf school will be open for these evenings scheduled regardless of weather and or sea conditions 
• Members can bring their SUP or Surf boards for a social paddle on Viking Bay in a supervised environment or just come down for a brew. 
• On some club evenings there will be demonstrations from a qualified coach on specific SUP and Surf / lessons or techniques there be a small cost
• Movie nights in the surf school, bring your own beers!
• Members can introduce a friend by bringing them down to the surf school on a club evening. We will have a guest signing in form and as a member you can hire our equipment for your guest .
• In addition club meets on other evenings at different locations such as .. St Mildred’s Bay and the River Stour other locations to be discussed etc. dates of which will be announced a week or so in advance on the club Facebook page and on the new admin only WhatsApp group of which all members will be added to.
