Welcome to Jericho Community Association

Membership of the JCA is free, and anyone can apply to join. Full voting members, however, have to live in the Jericho district of Oxford.

Jericho is defined by the land bounded on the west by the east bank of Castle Mill Stream, on the north by Walton Well Road, on the east by Walton Street and on the south by Hythe Bridge Street, the boundary being formed by the middle of the roads.

There are three main types of membership:

1. Full member – Persons living within Jericho. Full voting rights at a general meeting
2. Junior member – Person under 18 year living in Jericho. No voting rights
3. Associate member – Person living outside Jericho. No voting rights
