Membership Details

Before applying to become a Club Member please make contact with the Club either via the specific Manager of the team in which you are interested or more generally to the Club Chairman, Secretary or Registrations Secretary

Signing-on Fee 
Details are shown in the table opposite, and are dependant on age group. 
This fee is payable on registering, and is not refundable if the player decides to leave the club.

The Signing-on Fee can be paid by bank transfer. Our Lloyds bank account details are:

Alternatively the Fee can be paid by cash, cheque or card at the Clubhouse when open.

Whichever method you choose, please ensure you quote the Membership Number and Team Manager Name as the payment reference, so that your payment can be allocated to the correct player.  This information will be sent in your registration confirmation email.  Please do NOT use the M number the system generates and calls 'payment reference'.  Please do not make a payment before registering and obtaining the required information.

What does Membership cover?
Our Membership Fees cover Winter Training Costs, League Registration (where applicable), Club Affiliation, Insurance, Pitch Hire, Goals and Training Equipment, Maintenance of Grounds, Coach Development, Referee Fees (where applicable) and free membership gift plus other costs relating to the running of the club.

League Player Registration - proof of age is required for all players who were not registered with Highworth Town Juniors last season - this applies to new members, transferring members and returning members with a gap of a season or more.  Proof of age (a copy of birth certificate / passport) must be uploaded to the system on registration.
The registration system also requires a passport-style head-and-shoulders photograph of the player to be added to their record.
