Online registration form Season 2025/26 - U5 (Reception) to U17 (Year 12)

New Members

• Registrations must be completed by the parent/guardian.
• You will be able to securely enter your contact details as well as information for the player.
• Once submitted your registration will be reviewed and approved if the Club has space in the age group/team requested.
• Once approved, you will be able to sign back in to your record and pay via PayPal or credit card (checkout as guest in PayPal).

You will need to upload a clear recent head and shoulders photo of your player and proof of date of birth such as a scan/photo of the players passport or birth certificate - so please have this to hand when submitting your registration. 

Existing Members & Renewals

• All members are required to maintain their own contact details throughout the season to ensure managers and Club Officials have secure access to up to date information about you and your player.
• To maintain and renew your record, simply sign in and follow the instructions. 

• All members expire at the end of the season and are expected to renew from mid June to secure their place for the coming season and to allow the Club to process league registrations where applicable.

Upon renewal, you will need to upload a NEW recent clear head and shoulders photo of your player so please have this to hand when renewing your registration. 

Membership Fees:

U8 (Year 3) to U17 (Year 12)

• £170 by August 3rd to include training and all league match fees or £80 training only.
• Instalment Plan available - £85 by the 3rd August and £85 by December 30th.
• All teams train on Thursday night at Midhurst Rother College and play matches on Saturday mornings at Fernhurst Recreation Ground & at our spare pitch in Lodsworth.

U5 to U7 (Reception & Year 1 - Year 2)

• £85 for Saturday morning coaching at Fernhurst Recreation Ground. 9am Reception and Year 1 ---- 10am Year 2 
• If your child would like to trial the coaching sessions before committing, the first session is free and thereafter the subscription must be paid.

League / County FA fines incurred will be payable by the player.
