New membership application or proposal
Your membership details are now held in one secure place in membermojo, following a vote by the membership at the 2025 AGM. That protects you. It means your personal information is no longer scattered across multiple private lists, but kept in a single system with controlled access and a clear audit trail. It also makes it easy for you to check your contact details and choose your email preferences, so you only receive what you want and the Guild can reach you when it matters.
Payment is separate from your membership record. Membermojo simply gives you more choice and an easier way to renew if you want it, including quick online card payment and tower payment options. Nobody is being forced to pay in a particular way. The aim is to make renewing straightforward for you, whilst keeping your membership record accurate and secure.
Where fees are paid by the Church or Tower they can be paid by card or bank transfer (BACS). Membership fees are due on 1st January each year.
If you are new to the Guild please read the membership rules before applying. Note that a new member needs to be proposed by two existing resident members of the Guild.
