New Membership and Renewal Area

Welcome to Cobra Running & Triathlon Club, founded in 1991 by a group of friends from Halesowen who enjoyed running, we now have c.150 members who age from 18 to 80.

Athletes of all abilities, are most welcome to train with Cobra.  We are happy for you to join us for a couple of weeks with no obligation to see if we suit your needs.  If you live in the surrounding areas or are just passing through, come and pay us a visit.

Cobra is affiliated to England Athletics and British Triathlon Federation

Benefits of being a Cobra member include;

• Discount on race entry costs via England Athletics affiliation
• Personal Accident Insurance cover whilst training with and running for the club (Triathlon and Running)
• Discount on swimming at Halesowen Leisure Centre and use of changing facilities for club sessions

• Training with friendly, likeminded people
• EA and BTF qualified run leaders
• Social activities throughout the year
• Opportunity to represent the club in regional cross country leagues

Annual membership is £40 per year (1st January - 31st December). A reduced membership cost of £20 applies after 1st September. This includes your England Athletics affiliation (which costs £16 for 2022/23). 

There is also £2 processing fee to pay your membership conveniently through this site via debit card, credit card or PayPal. You can however choose to pay offline via bank transfer/BACS or cheque. Whichever method of payment you choose, you are still require to join via this site. There are different membership categories depending on how you wish to pay.
