We are a club run by enthusiasts for enthusiasts with over 100 members. We encourage members to get involved and try and arrange opportunities for club events that explore all things Land Rover, especially the joy of driving them. You can join via the following link https://membermojo.co.uk/clrc or pop along to one of our meetings. All are welcome.
We have a get together every second Wednesday of the month, at The Alvanley Arms, Cotebrook, CW6 9DS starting around 19:30. Formal club proceedings start at 20:00 to review recent outings, discuss forthcoming events, shows, days out and any other club business. The rest of the evening is open to discussion by the members of our favourite marque of vehicle.
The kind of events that we try and regularly set up are:
– Green laning days; pre planned trips down LEGAL lanes, conducted in accordance with accepted green lane practice so as to ensure a fun time without jeapordising future laning access.
– Off Road days, typically “Pay to participate” events like trialling and punch hunts where you can try your hand at various levels of terrain and obstacle. There are usually experienced members around to offer advice if you want it, or pull you out if you bite off more than you can chew!
There are folks with a variety of skills in the club who are usually keen to help you out with pretty much anything from finding a new toy to recovery, rebuild, improvements and anything else land rover.
The club is run by volunteer members who have other commitments so please bear with us if you don’t get an instant response, we will always get back to you!
