剑桥华人社区中心是一个非营利的，非政治性的英国政府注册的慈善机构，注册编号为: No. 1111280，其管理按照英国Charity Commission 法律约束和我们的章程进行。它的宗旨是团结在剑桥的广大华侨、华人和关心、热爱中华文化的外国人士及当地政府，一起为保持和发扬中华传统文化、维护和争取华侨华人各个方面的权益、促进种族和谐、提高华人在社会中应有的地位、帮助克服生活中的困难、 改善和提高生活质量提供服务。

Cambridge Chinese Community Centre was formed in 1997. It is a non-profit making, apolitical, registered charity, managed in accordance with the UK Charity Commission's Code of Practice.
Cambridge Chinese Community Centre aims to benefit of the community of Cambridge, particularly but not exclusively the Chinese community, by bringing together Chinese people, local authorities and other organisations in a mutual effort to reduce poverty and illness, advance education, promote racial harmony and provide facilities for recreation and leisure-time activities with the objective of improving the conditions and standard of life of the said community.
Our vision is to develop a focal point for information and services, to help Chinese people intergrate into mainstream society; to emerge from our invisibility to participate actively in the society we live in; and to work closely with other voluntary groups to promote statutory rights and equal opportunities. We also aim to be a resource to the wider community on issues relating to the understanding of Chinese culture, arts and identity.
Our activities are aimed at the whole of society. Our committee members, volunteers and members are not limited to the Chinese community. Cambridge Chinese Community Centre has become an important part of Cambridge.
