This system is used to apply for membership, complete annual renewals, and to update your personal information. Please read the following information carefully.
During the COVID-19 crisis socially distanced swimming sessions can be booked online through this system. Swimming is only available to members and strictly limited to ten persons in the pool per session. Sign in and visit the member store to book and pay for swimming sessions. If you are not a member simply join using this system and you will be granted access to the member store.
Members
If you are joining using this system for the first time please click on the join button under the membership fee table to create a new membership.
Adult Membership
For all adults over the age of 18.
Junior Membership
For all juniors under the age of 18.
Concessionary Membership
For all adults over the age of 60.
Disabled Membership
For all disabled Members - (must complete disability sections of membership form).
Discretionary Membership
Reduced membership available for the unemployed granted at the discretion of the organisation.
Family Membership
For two adults and up to three children resident at the same address.

Individual Member Record
Each member must complete an individual record with their relevant personal details and medical information. Once entered your information remains on our secure system and can be viewed and updated by you at any time.
Photographs
All members are required to upload a suitable photograph. This will be used to identify members at reception.
Renewals
You will be asked to verify this information every year when you pay your fees to ensure nothing has changed. It is your responsibility to ensure that your details are correct and up to date.
Joining on behalf of Juniors
The responsible adult - usually a parent or guardian should complete records on behalf of those under 18. We request that the responsible adults contact information such as telephone, mobile, email, etc is entered on behalf of the junior member. If a Junior member turns 18 after they have joined/renewed they are entitled to remain as a junior until the end of the current membership period if they wish, but will not gain any benefits of Adult Membership.
Joining on behalf of Families
Family membership packages are available which will cover 2 adults and up to three children who must all be reisdent at the same address.
The lead member should register first, then go to the Your Membership page, where they can use the add membership button to add linked family members.
You can add a secondary email in the member details area to allow individual family members to receive copies of emails if you wish.
Fees
You should select the correct membership category for each member record completed. Fees are to be paid every year by April 1st. Please note that membership fees are non-refundable.
Approvals
All applications are subject to approval. Incorrect applications will be amended or may be rejected.
Payment
Payment is by via VISA, Mastercard through Stripe. Payments by cash can only be made in person at the centre. There will be a delay to the processing of memberships paid in cash.
Accessibility
If you cannot use this system our staff will assist you in ensuring your information is correct and your renewals are completed.
