If you own or rent a flat in Ben Jonson House in the Barbican please do join the house group. The Ben Jonson House Group is the Recognised Tenants Association (RTA) for residents of Ben Jonson House, but the house group can only maintain this status if we have enough members. The rules say that 50% of long leaseholders (people who own their flats) must be members for the house group to ratain it's RTA status.
