Registrations
Please follow the guidelines in the form to make sure that you accurately detail all the information required on the form.
Please note you will need to register each player separately.
For pre-registration phase, there is only the pre-registration player membership for which there is no charge.
Please make sure that you check out fully to ensure that your details are saved and your membership is registered.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions and Renewals will commence from the last week of June and will be open through the summer. Please note, existing memberships will expire at the end of June, but you can renew at any point over the summer before the subscriptions are due. Subscriptions and Renewals are due before the start of the season at the end of August. Pre-Season Registration for newcomers at that point have the option to re-confirm all the details you enter now or update any details as required, and then to select the correct membership for your child (children) for the forthcoming season.
All payments must be made in full by 31st August if you want your child to train and play with the club (unless an installment plan has been agreed).
If you would like to pay your subscription in installments then please email the club administrator with your request after you have pre-registered.
If you need to cancel your membership at any point, it will refunded (or part refunded if mid-season) minus an administration fee.
