Welcome to the Membership Homepage of the Bedfordshire Association of Church Bell Ringers

We are now using a secure online system called MemberMojo to 

• manage collection of subscriptions
• keep members’ details up to date
• send out communications
• collect any donations members may wish to make to the BRF and R J Sharp Fund 

It replaces our current systems, which are no longer an efficient way of managing our membership records.

All Resident, Life, Honorary Life and Associate members of the Association are asked to sign in to MemberMojo and use this system to keep their details up to date.

Resident and Associate members should also use MemberMojo to pay their annual subscriptions, due on 1 January.

Prospective New members should also use this system to provide their own details plus the names of their proposer and seconder prior to election at a meeting of the Association.

How to use MemberMojo:

Existing members:

Resident and Associate members: Please follow the instructions below to update your details and pay your annual subscription.

Life and Honorary Life Members: please follow instructions the instructions below to check and update your details. As you do not pay an annual subscription you do not need to proceed to checkout unless you have indicated that you wish to make a donation to the BRF or R J Sharp Fund.

1. Select Sign in at the top right hand side of this page and enter your email address. (Please DO NOT click on the Renew/Join Us button) (If your email address is not recognised, please see below)

2. You will receive an email with a link which allows you access to your membership details. You do not need a password. Click on this link and follow the prompts.

3. This will take you to Your Membership page. Click on the orange Renew button

4. Complete / review your personal details and edit as required. Don't forget to Save .

5. Proceed to Checkout and follow instructions to pay your subscription, plus any donation you may wish to make to the BRF or R J Sharp Fund.

If your email address is not recognised, you will need to create a MemberMojo account as follows:

1. Click on the orange Join Us / Renew button on this HomePage. This will take you to a New Membership Application form.

2. Please complete this and don't forget to save! Please note, if you are already a member:

• make sure that in Section 2 you select Existing member renewal from the drop down. 
• do not complete Section3!

3. Proceed to Checkout and follow instructions to pay your subscription, plus any donation you may wish to make to the BRF or R J Sharp Fund.

4. Once you have registered your email and created your account, in future you will be able to access your details from the Sign in button at the top of this HomePage.

PLEASE DO NOT JOIN AGAIN IF YOU ARE RENEWING YOUR MEMBERSHIP!

NEW MEMBERS

To join the Association:

1. Click the Join Us/Renew button (above right)
2. Fill in the New Membership Application form, selecting the appropriate membership type, then click 'next'
3. Complete your details. Make sure that in Section 2 you select New member from the drop. the name of your proposer and seconder (having checked that they are happy to nominate you), then click the 'Send for Approval' button 
4. The Membership Secretary will check your application with your proposer and seconder.
5. Once checked and approved, your nomination will be put forward for election at a meeting. 
6. Only when your election is confirmed will you be asked for payment via MemberMojo.
