Membership is open to all plot holders at Ashtead Allotment Gardens (the Site), all are encouraged to join. The Membership Year runs from 1st January to 31st December; the current membership rates are shown in the panel oposite.
Each full member may register a partner (linked member) to share the same membership benefits at no extra cost.
Payments can be made online by bank transfer. Membership will begin as soon as the membership form and first annual payment has been received. There is no discount or pro-rata subscription for new members who join before 1st November in any Membership Year. New members who join on or after 1st November will be have a membership expiring of 31st December the following year (i.e. upto 14 months membership).

Ashtead Allotments Association is not responsible for the security of the site or the maintenance of the common infrastructure (access roads, boundary fences, parking areas) which is the responsibility of the Allotment Authority, Mole Valley District Council. We do, however, carry out minor maintenance works and upkeep of the site on an informal basis in liaison with the site agent.
Individual plot holders responsibilities are set out in their tennacy agreement with the allotment authority and the MVDC Allotments Rules and Guidance Notes.
Ashtead Allotments Association is managed on a voluntary basis by elected Officers and Committee Members as set out in our Constitution.

A copy of the Ashtead Allotments Association Privacy Notice is available. We retain expired members data for 6 months after which the data is permanently deleted.
