Membership Fees for 2026-27

The Club's membership fees are based on your player's age group. The fee categories for the 2026-27 season are listed on the right hand side of this page.

At our Club, our membership fees cover all costs and fees relating to training and matchday venue hire (including referees where appointed), FA and league registration and insurance, plus Clubwide organised events, end of season trophies and training and playing equipment for all of our teams and players. Club playing kit is usually funded by our sponsors or via other donations or grants arranged by the Club.     

As usual, you can choose to pay in one instalment for the whole season or in two equal instalments. If you choose to pay in two instalments, you will initially be paid up until 31 December 2026.

Dedicated Support Fund for 2026-27

For the 2026-27 season, the Club is continuing its dedicated fund targeted at parents who need financial support to pay their children’s second instalment of fees in December/January. This initiative is intended to ensure that all of the Club’s players can continue to play football with their friends throughout the upcoming season. As a grassroots community football club staffed by volunteers, that is what we are all about - Football For All. 

If you choose to pay in two instalments, you will be paid up until 31 December and this will be when you can opt in to the support fund. We will remind parents about this in December.

Renewal Process for EXISTING players

Please click on the JOIN US/RENEW button on this page BUT then please click on Sign In and sign in using the same e-mail address you used last time - you don't need to fill in the form and apply again!
Once you have signed in (you will be sent a link by e-mail), click on Renew to renew your player(s). Your player's membership form will be pre-populated with details from last season, so please check all details remain up-to-date, including an up-to-date photo. You will then be able to pay immediately to complete the renewal. If you have more than one player to renew, you can switch between members using the drop down in the top right hand corner of the page.

Application Process for BRAND NEW players

Please click on the JOIN US/RENEW button on this page and complete all details on the membership application form.
Once we have received your application, you will receive an automatic e-mail to confirm receipt. The Club will then check with the Team Manager(s) in charge of your player's age group before approving your application. Once approved, you will receive another automatic e-mail confirming this and asking you to sign in to complete your application and pay.

Top tips for completing the membership form (all players)

1. Please select the correct age group. At MYFC, we offer both mixed teams and girls only teams. When chosing your age group, please select between Mixed and Girls. And please use the table below to select the correct age group based on your player's date of birth and School Year in September 2026.
2. Please select the correct membership category - again, please use the table below to select the correct membership category based on your player's date of birth and School Year in September 2026. As explained above, you can choose to pay in one instalment for the whole season or in two equal instalments.
3. Please make sure you upload a recent, clear photo of the player's head and shoulders. This will be used for Club, FA and league player registration purposes.
